If you can present what you have in an interesting, high quality, aesthetically pleasing way you can sell someone an old ratty shoe you just found in a gutter. On the flip side, it doesn't matter how rad your stuff is if you can't present it in a way they're intrigued by.
Folks that use Etsy to sell handmade stuff, rather than (or in addition to) vintage stuff, speak to me! EU folks in particular…
Does it work for you, and can you charge reasonable prices?

Heard back from Pike Brothers about this vest… sounds interesting!
The vest you have seen is called 1937 Roamer Vest made from our new Elephant Skin. Our Elephant Skin is a 100% Cotton fabric similar to twill but much more durable. It is a historic German work wear fabric with a tradition for over 100 years. We have re-made it together with a German mill. It will come out and in the shops...
